Asiana Travel Mate Receives  “The Year’s Best” Award in the Tourism Industry in Vietnam with 125 leading tourism businesses at the 11th Guide Awards ceremony.
These prestigious awards is to recognize excellent performance to categories of hotels, resorts, and room booking services; food, beverage, entertainment, and transportation services; travel agents, shopping centers and other tourism services. Besides, the Awards also bring the efficient utilities for the fair competition of internal tourism businesses and create chances for them to develop their international brandings.

Besides some outstanding names of Vietnam Tourism such as Saigontourist, Vietravel, Caravelle Hotel, Palace Hotel Saigon, Li Bai Restaurant (Sheraton Hotel), and Luxury Travel Vietnam,  Asiana Travel Mate is a remarkable company which has been continuously developing and achieving considerable goals for 5 years of operating.

Talking  on site to Mr. Andy who is Managing Director of Asiana Travel Mate which has just won the Guide Awards 2009-2010 for “The Year’s Best for Excellent Tour Operator”.

1/ Dear Mr. Andy, congratulate on the Award! It is really a great honor for Asiana Travel Mate to be nominated for “The year’s Best for Excellent Tour Operator”.  How do you feel about this great achievement?

I must say much of thanks to our team, who actually should be here today instead of just a few of us.
The guide award is a prestigious one within Vietnam Travel Sector, thus this just confirm our Responsible Travel & Sharing is recognized.

                           

2/ Responsible Travel & Sharing is known as your ATM’s slogan. What messages do your company want to convey through it?

Yes, it is the spirit penetrating our operation. In brief, Responsible Travel & Sharing are Responsibility for the Natural Environment, Responsibility to empower Employees, Responsibility to Travelers and Sharing with local communities, that is providing high quality travel experiences which strongly emphasis on personal care, society, environment and developing in true partnership with communities towards improving the quality of life. Well it is easy to say but hard to follow. However, it is our belief that we can achieve it step by step as every single person in our company goes to the top of what we really mean for.

3/ Sounds impressive! In fact, during 5 years, ATM has made up a quite firm position in Vietnam Tourism. So could you explain for this success?

Again I have to say it must be one  reason , that is team work, we have an excellent sales team and Operators in Hanoi, Saigon and Hue city Vietnam who  work closely together to enthusiastically assist travelers and customers  from 8 Am to 10Pm daily.

 4/ Therefore, it means that your company offers the good services and receives good responses. What are the most successful services of your company so far?

At present, we are doing well with personalized services, that is all services inquiries are carefully, responsibly designed and operated by every Sales person and Operator  who take care and assist our customers, before, during and after their holidays.

5/ After becoming one of the winners for the Guide Award 2009 - 2010, what will your company do to steadily hold this honorable title and to boost the long and sustainable development of ATM  following the ethics of Responsible Travelling and Sharing?

At first, we are trying continuously to cover Vietnam/ Laos and Cambodia in 5 years with the way we are doing now. One more thing, the word “Asiana” in “Asiana Travel Mate” comes from Asia Nations ( that what we mean), so we want to see one day Asiana Travel Mate will be found in Asian country destinations. And we are the absolute believers in connecting cultures, contributing to society and supporting communities by Responsible Traveling and Sharing.
